- Coriander to taste

- Mushroom Paris200 g
- Palm oil2 dessert spoon
- Virgin olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Pepper to taste
- Coconut Milk250 ml
- Cardamom to taste
- Lemon to taste

- Marinate the shrimp with olive oil and garlic in a bowl for 30 minutes.
- Coat the bottom of a wok skillet with oil.
- Toss the squeezed garlic in the wok with the cardamom, stirring until it turns golden brown.
- Toss the dried shrimp in the wok and stir until the shrimp start to color.
- Place the sliced mushroom in the wok with the two palm spoons until everything is the same color.
- Add pepper and soy sauce to taste.
- Put the chopped mango as soon as the shrimp and mushroom are ready.
- Add the cilantro and coconut milk and stir for another 2 minutes.
