- Mussel1 kg
- Dehydrated Garlic3 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
- Wash the mussels well and dry them with a paper towel.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and then add the garlic. Sauté quickly so it doesn't burn and separate the garlic.
- If necessary, add more oil to the pan and brown the mussels.
- After golden, pour the previously separated garlic!
- If you wish, you can add chopped parsley! Serve hot and enjoy!
