- Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Parsley0 to taste
- Salt0 to taste
- Garlic10 unit(s)
- Oregano0 to taste
- In a refractory spread well half of the oil to start assembling.
- Then place the potatoes cut into slices or strips as you prefer.
- Then place the dogfish on top of the potatoes.
- Add salt to taste on top along with the chopped garlic and onion.
- Finally add the rest of the oil on top and the parsley. Put it in the oven and it's done! Just serve, you can accompany white rice with fries, as you wish.
