- Green, red, yellow peppers, chopped to taste
- Baiano Seasoning to taste
- Lemon Pepper to taste
- Salt (I used Parrilla Salt with pepper to taste
- Homemade Seasoning to taste
- Minced garlic to taste
- With the tilapia already cleaned, make some cuts to penetrate the seasonings.
- Season inside and out with lemon and the spices mentioned or those of your preference.
- Place the chopped peppers between the cuts.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. You can prepare it the day before and leave it in the fridge, it will get more flavor.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 25 or 30 minutes.
