- Onion2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Aluminum foil or butter01 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the Tilapia fillets with your favorite seasonings and book!
- Cut the potatoes into slices neither too thick nor too thin, place in salted water and set aside!
- Cut the tomatoes and onions into medium slices and set aside!
- Let's assemble it on the baking sheet: Place strands of olive oil in the bottom of the roast, line the bottom of the roast with the onion rings, on top of the sliced potatoes, drizzle with olive oil! Place the Tilapia fillets on top and last the tomato slices! Drizzle everything with olive oil for flavor and juiciness!
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake in the hot oven for 40 min! Then remove the paper and return to the oven to brown!
