- Coriander1/2 cup
- Potato (cut into slices)3 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Wash, season the sardines (I used black pepper, salt, paprika, sazon, lemon juice) and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place all the other ingredients in a baking dish and mix.
- Pass the sardines one by one in the seasoning, arrange them and cover with aluminum foil taking it to the oven preheated to 180° for 20 min or until the potatoes soften.
