Panko and Coconut Breaded Shrimp

- Clean shrimp400 g
- grated ginger1 coffee spoon
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sesame oil2 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced red onion10 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Panko or breadcrumbs1 cup
- Eggs8 unit(s)
- Grated raw coconut100 g
- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Oil500 ml
- Season the shrimp with garlic, ginger, onion, parsley, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pot, put the wheat flour, in another, the eggs, and finally, the panko flour mixed in the coconut.
- Coat the shrimp in wheat flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko with the coconut. Reserve in a dry container.
- Heat the oil and fry the prawns by immersion. Dry on paper towels. Serve
