- Mussel seasoned with salt, black pepper, green smell and white wine300 g
- Papardelle250 g
- Chopped yellow bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Sliced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Put the pasta to cook and meanwhile, in another pan, brown the garlic and then add the peppers.
- When they are braised, add the mussels and brown them too.
- Add the cooked pasta, the butter and a ladle of the cooking broth.
- Adjust salt and finish with green smell.
