- truffle oil to taste
- Smoked Salt to taste
- Butter50 g
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Black pepper30 g
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms with a spoon.
- Heat the butter in a skillet with a drizzle of truffle oil.
- Fry for 1 min on each side the scallops seasoned with garlic, salt and black pepper and set aside.
- Put two drops of soy sauce inside the mushrooms and put them in the pan with the hot butter.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the reserved scallops and cover the skillet for 6 min.
- Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and place on a serving board.
- Place 1 drop of truffle oil on each scallop.
- Finish the dish with the smoked salami and black pepper, always freshly ground.
- Serve the dish and be happy!!!
