- Durum long grain pasta500 g
- Pink Shrimp300 g
- Vongole300 g
- Minced Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Butter100 g
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and set aside.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper, heat the pan well with a generous drizzle of olive oil and brown the prawns this process lasts a maximum of three minutes and set aside.
