- Fish fillet (I used hake)1/2 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Yellow and red peppers1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Small twig of cherry tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Cut the onion, peppers and tomato into strips.
- Season the fish with salt, garlic and black pepper. Leave it in the fridge.
- Sauce: brown the onion in olive oil, add the peppers and tomato. Saute well.
- Add a little water and let the sauce thicken. As it dries, add more water, but don't overdo it.
- Add the green smell to the sauce.
- Place the squeezed lemon over the fish fillets.
- Pour this sauce over the fish fillets. Place the tomato branch on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
- It's perfect!
