- Recipe
- Mussels, cream, juice of 3 lemons, chopped chives and lemon zest.500 g
- In a bowl, separate the mussels from the shell, and set aside, add the cream and lemon juice, salt to taste and black pepper, beat until frothy and set aside in the fridge,
- In a frying pan, fry the mussels for 3 minutes with olive oil, salt and pepper, heat the cone for 2 minutes.
- On a rounded plate, place the shells and the mussels, add drops of sour cream on top of the mussels and garnish with chives and finally lemon zest.
