- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Arrange in a refractory or baking dish Season with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the potatoes.
- Run the onion, garlic and peppers and arrange over the fish
- Season with the remaining oil, salt, pepper and chimichurri to taste.
- Bake at 160 degrees
- While the fish is cooking, add the eggs to cook.
- After the eggs are ready, peel them and cut them into slices. Then arrange on top of the fish so that it finishes cooking with the other ingredients.
- In the oven it stays for about 40 to 50 minutes
- Then just delight 😋🤤
