Potato Gratin with Shrimp

- Shrimp500 g
- medium potatoes5 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bechamel Sauce: 250ml of hot milk, 20g of wheat flour, 20g of butter and salt to taste1 unit(s)
- Season the prawns with lemon juice, black pepper and salt to taste and set aside.
- Cook the potatoes in salted water, cut into slices and set aside.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce as usual, melt the butter, add the wheat flour, add the salt and the milk little by little, stirring constantly until you get a creamy and homogeneous consistency.
- Grease a baking dish with extra virgin olive oil and layer potatoes, shrimp, smear with mustard on top and drizzle with the béchamel sauce. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden and then serve.
- Note: If you don't like shrimp, you can substitute bacon, pepperoni, chicken, etc...! Use your imagination, just be sure to do it 🥰
