- Recipe
- Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
- shrimp400 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- For the white sauce: In a pan, start putting the margarine as soon as it melts, add the wheat flour, be careful not to burn it, when it forms a dough, add the milk gradually and stir with the help of a fouet so that the sauce is homogeneous. As soon as the sauce thickens, add grated nutmeg, adjust the salt, and set aside.
- Cut the potatoes into slices, and put to cook. Don't let it get too cooked so it doesn't get too soft, it interferes with the assembly.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste and fry in the oil or olive oil and set aside.
- In a refractory, add a little of the white sauce, and alternate between: a round of potatoes, a shrimp, until all are used up (in the photos I put here you can see how the assembly should be done) . Finally, add the rest of the white sauce on top and cover with mozzarella cheese to taste. Place in the oven to melt the cheese and then serve.
