- Salt, Lemon Peper and Olive Oil to taste
- Green Smell20 g
- Peel and cut the Potatoes into cubes and cook them in a pan with water and salt. Leave al dente.
- In a bowl put the onion cut into small cubes, the kani cut into slices, the boiled potatoes and the green smell.
- Add the Lemon Peper, the lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. A pinch of salt and mix well. Leave a few minutes in the fridge before serving.
