- Coconut Milk2 cup
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Pepper2 unit(s)

- Tomato Extract1 to taste
- Clean the shrimp and season, lemon, salt, olive oil to taste
- In a pan, cook the cassava with water, bay leaf and onion, when it is soft add the coconut milk, let it cool and hit the blender!
- Heat the oil, grate another onion, let it brown, add the prawns and brown. Add tomato paste, green smell and pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
- In another pan, add the other coconut milk, olive oil, the beaten cassava, let it boil and it is ready.
- Serve with a fish, white rice or whatever you prefer.
