- Coconut milk100 g
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Season the tilapia fillets with lemon, salt and black pepper
- Heat the palm oil and brown the onions initially, then layer the tomatoes and peppers, cover the pan over low heat for 10 min
- Open and add the tilapia fillets, coconut milk, let it boil for another minute and turn off the heat, but keep the pan covered for another 5 min
