- Fish fillet (Flounder)200 g
- Chili30 g
- Onion50 g
- Chili Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the fish into small cubes of approximately 1 finger.
- Chop the bell pepper and pepper in brunoise.
- Cut the onion into Julienne.
- In a bowl put all the chopped ingredients, add the coriander, salt, pepper, whole garlic and lemon juice
- Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the garlic.
- Serve chilled.
