Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
Clean medium shrimp400 g
Salt and green seasonings to taste1 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan50 g
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Water4 cup

On medium heat, fry the garlic in olive oil and as soon as it is golden, sauté the rice and season with the spices. Add water and shrimp. Cover and let it cook
Once the rice is cooked, lower the heat and add the cream and cream cheese.
When ready to serve, add the Parmesan cheese to decorate the plate.
