- Needle Rice2 cup
- Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
- Macerated Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- Chopped Chives1/2 cup
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Cleaned clams1 kg
- Dry white wine500 ml
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth or water4 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic, then add the tomato.
- Add the rice, the tomato sauce, then the parsley and the chives and season with salt.
- Put the broth or water and wait for it to boil - at that moment add the shellfish.
- Stir carefully to mix all the ingredients and cook until the liquid dries up.
- Serve warm with a glass of chilled white wine.
