- Cooked rice4 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Clean shrimp, without viscera1 kg
- minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- chopped onions2 unit(s)
- spicy paprika1 tablespoon
- chopped seedless tomatoes4 unit(s)
- chopped fresh rosemary1 tablespoon
- chopped parsley and chives (tea)1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- corn starch1/2 tablespoon
- water to dissolve starch (tea)1/2 cup
- Requirement cup1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Chives, chopped to finish to taste
- In a pan, fry the garlic and onion until golden.
- Add the paprika, rosemary, parsley, chives, tomato, salt and pepper to the pan with the garlic and onion.
- Let it cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add, in the pan with the tomato sauce, the cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup of water.
- Stir until it boils and thickens.
- Add the shrimp to the pan with the sauce and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, carefully.
- Remove from heat, and mix the rice carefully.
- Transfer the shrimp and rice to an ovenproof dish greased with olive oil. Cover the rice and shrimp with a cup of curd.
- Sprinkle the curd with Parmesan cheese and chives. Bake at 220 degrees until the cheese melts.
- Serve it hot.
