Rice with shrimp, squid and asparagus

- Shrimp300 g
- Squid300 g
- Asparagus300 g
- Butter100 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Rice200 g
- Clean the prawns and squid rings, season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside
- Chop the onion and garlic, in a large skillet, sauté in butter with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Chop the asparagus (preserving the ends for decoration), add the chopped asparagus, the squid, part of the prawns and brown.
- Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste and sauté.
- Wash the rice and add
- Cover with hot water and gently stir to loosen the bottom of the pan.
- Saute the asparagus tips and prawns in butter with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
- Taste and correct salt and pepper if necessary.
- Add the prawns and the asparagus tips and the chopped parsley, already assembling the decoration
- Scrape lemon over top. Enjoy your food!
