- 4 tablespoons of melted butter 2 envelopes of MAGGI® Seasoning and Flavor Vegetables 2 sprigs of fresh thyme 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley 1 clean mullet about 1.2 kilos 1 large onion, chopped 3 ripe tomatoes without skin and seeds, chopped 1 tablespoon ( tea) of fresh thyme flour for garnishhalf cup (tea) of water1 kg
- Preparation mode In a bowl, mix the butter with the MAGGI Seasoning and Flavor, thyme and parsley. Place the fish on a baking sheet and spread the seasoned butter on the inside and outside of the fish. Place the onion and tomatoes over the fish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove the paper and bake, basting with the sauce from the roast, for about 20 minutes or until golden. Remove the fish and place on a platter. Place the roasting pan on the low flame of the stove, add the wheat flour dissolved in the water and cook, stirring gently until it thickens. Serve with the sauce and garnish with the thyme.
