- Recipe
- Salmon fillet700 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato cut into slices1 unit(s)
- English Potato3 unit(s)
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
- Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
- Leave the salmon overnight, seasoned with salt and the juice of 2 lemons, wrapped in aluminum foil.
- When starting to prepare, remove the aluminum foil and excess lemon.
- Grease a pan with oil and place the salmon inside.
- Season the salmon in the same pan with rosemary, black pepper and salt to taste.
- Cut the potatoes into the shape you want, but not too thick.
- Brush a little oil or margarine on the potatoes and place together with the salmon in the pan.
- Cut the green smell, and put a little on the salmon. Don't use it all, save what's left.
- Put the salmon in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, and leave it until it starts to brown, for about 20-25 minutes, always looking.
- When it starts to brown, place the chopped tomato in the pan along with the salmon. If you wish, at this time you can brush melted butter on the salmon and/or potatoes.
- Leave for another 10 minutes in the oven, always checking so the tomato doesn't fall apart completely.
- When removing from the oven, place three lemon slices on top, and sprinkle with a little more green smell.
- And it's ready 🥰
