- Clean fresh sardines800 g
- Sliced Potatoes2 unit(s)

- Cherry tomato200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste

- Whole green olives100 g
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Sliced Garlic1 tablespoon
- Water50 ml
- I seasoned the sardines with salt, paprika, pepper and lemon and marinated for 20 minutes. In a pressure cooker I put olive oil and garlic and arranged all the sardines in the bottom of the pan, drizzled with more olive oil, added water and covered the pan, left it in the fire for 10 minutes under pressure. I cooked the potato slices with water and salt until they were al dente.
- On a glass platter greased with olive oil, I arranged all the boiled potato slices, on top half of the cooked sardines, on top of the sardines the slices of peppers and onions and on top of the rest of the sardines, I finished with the Tomatoes and olives and the broth that left over in the pressure cooker, I covered it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Removed from the oven and added the cilantro and onions. It's delicious, I served it with white rice 😋
