- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt, crushed garlic and black pepper. Reserve.
- On a platter, line the bottom of the baking dish with half the onion cut into slices, then add half the raw potato cut into slices of about 1 cm.
- On top spread the seasoned tilapia fillets, and place the rest of the onion and potato. Then just put the tomato and the chopped peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, place aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and let bake for another 20 minutes or until golden and dry the liquid. Ready, now just serve.
