- Lemon (juice of one lemon)1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- SALT, KINGDOM PEPPER, CALABRESS PEPPER, SWEET PAPRICA TO TASTE to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- medium chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- Pre-cooked potatoes800 g
- Medium onions cut into rings2 unit(s)
- aluminum foil1 unit(s)
- Start by seasoning the Tilapia fillets with tomatoes, garlic, chives, parsley, lemon, olive oil and other seasonings to taste.
- Mix everything very well, cover with a sheet of plastic film and leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
- On a platter, make a bed with onions, pre-cooked potatoes, if necessary add salt and pepper, place the fish and the marinade sauce on top;
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes. After that time, remove the foil and let the fish brown for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven if you prefer, decorate with parsley and it's ready to be served!!
