- Natural unsweetened yogurt170 g
- Squeezed Lime1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaf8 unit(s)
- Purple Lettuce Leaf8 unit(s)
- Arugula leaf12 unit(s)
- Watercress Bunch1/4 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes cut in half12 unit(s)
- Black Sesame1 teaspoon
- Croutons to taste
- Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the tuna with the yogurt, lemon, oregano and salt. Reserve.
- In a bowl or plate, place the coarsely torn lettuce, arugula and watercress leaves.
- Drizzle with the tuna sauce, arrange the tomatoes and croutons.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
