- Start with the salmon, take the piece to a greased shape with butter, it can be a lot! Season it all with salt, black pepper and lemon, place a whole onion, chopped into slices, next to it, season them with salt and pepper too, bake in your oven at 180°c until it turns golden on top, that's it. it takes around 30 to 40 minutes, keep an eye on it, as the salmon can't bake too much, as it gets dry. During this time, take your peeled potatoes to cook in a pan with water and 2 tablespoons of salt, let them cook well, until you stick a fork, and it drops quickly. When cooking, remove the water and in the same pan over low heat, crush the potatoes and add the curd, cheese and milk, mix well, until it gets a very creamy point, if you need it to have more of a melted cheese texture (from wow) put more cheese, at these times, the ultra processed cheese is very welcome, as it will give this effect, correct the salt if necessary and everything is ready!
