- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon zest2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil35 ml
- Lemon slices1 unit(s)
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Season the salmon fillet with garlic, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Then arrange them side by side on the baking sheet, with the lemon slices on top. Bake in the oven, with the baking sheet covered with aluminum foil, for 18 minutes at 210°C.
- Then remove the foil and let it brown for about 10 to 15 minutes. Finish with parsley, and you're done!
