- Onion1 unit(s)

- Salt and Pepper to taste
- First cut the salmon into medium pieces, here at home I have 3 pieces, then crush the garlic and pass the pieces and sprinkle with black pepper and salt. I cut the potatoes, tomato, lemon and onion into slices.
- Take the aluminum foil and cut it to a size that you can wrap the salmon. With the aluminum foil cut, make a bed with the potato, tomato and onion slices and place the salmon on top and sprinkle with oregano and finally put the lemon slice.
- Then make all the layers, close as if it were an envelope, take it to the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes. When serving, be careful when opening the wrapper.
