- Salmon1200 kg
- Sicilian lemon4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Wash the salmon and dry it well with a paper towel, cut it into 10cm slices more or less.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Grease a mold with olive oil and place the salmon fillets. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet melt the butter, sauté the 2 cloves of garlic cut in half.
- Squeeze the lemons, use the rinds and zest them.
- Add lemon juice to the skillet, dilute the cornstarch in the water and place it in the skillet. Stir well until thickened, add salt and pepper. Boil 3 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and pour the sauce, drizzle with olive oil and place the lemon zest on top. Serve with roasted vegetables.
