- Oregano to taste

- Black pepper to taste
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon.
- Line a refractory with aluminum foil, leaving the edges large to envelop all the salmon.
- Place the salmon in the refractory and throw the seasoning broth over it, put the onion on top and the oil.
- Wrap the salmon in aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
