- Skinless Salmon300 g
- Barbecue sticks4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Chopped chives1 tablespoon
- Cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes and season with a pinch of salt (little because the sauce is already salty)
- Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil
- Heat a grill or frying pan with 1 little oil and place the skewers, leave for 1 minute, turn, spread some of the sauce on top and leave for another minute.
- Remove, add a little more of the sauce on top and sprinkle with chives and lemon zest.
- TIP: if you make it on a small grill, cut the ends of the toothpicks to fit all 4 at once. : Leave the sticks in the water for 10 min before using (this prevents them from burning)
