- Salmon200 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Tahiti lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil20 ml
- Onion1 tablespoon
- Endive1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- mini sprouts to taste
- Cut the salmon into small cubes, mix the oil, zest of the 2 types of lemons, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Put it on the endive as in the photo.
- Assemble with endive on the bottom as a “canoinha”, tart on top and use mini sprouts for decoration. Finish with lemon zest to taste. Enjoy your food
