- Shoyo20 ml
- Cream Cheese30 g
- Chives1 dessert spoon
- Cut the salmon into cubes
- Place in a bowl and add the soy sauce, letting it act for 30 seconds.
- Remove the salmon from the soy sauce and reserve in a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese.
- Add the chopped chives.
- In a suitable bowl, spread a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Grind the doritos into pediatric pieces to maintain the texture.
- Start the assembly with a rim, starting with the salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Intersperse the doritos and salmon to the top of the rim.
- Unmold and decorate with tarê.
- Serve with whole doritos and be happy.
