- Cream cheese100 g
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Hondashi, ajinomoto and tarê sauce to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Cut the salmon into thin slices, in the side position Cut broccoli into small pieces
- In a skillet over low heat, sauté the chopped broccoli with water, add, hondashi and ajunomoto to taste,
- On a cutting board, place the salmon slices, putting a little cream cheese, then place a piece of broccoli for each slice of salmon.
- Then take the slice of salmon and wrap it around the broccoli and cream cheese.
- In a non-stick skillet, over low heat, add butter, let it heat up a little, place the salmon rolls with broccoli and lightly grill on all sides.
- After that remove from the skillet finish with tarê sauce to taste
