- Salmon fillet300 g
- Rolled puff pastry300 g
- Bunch of Spinach1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese150 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Sauté the spinach with olive oil, onion and garlic. Book until cool.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- Open the puff pastry, make a layer with half the spinach, place the salmon on top of the spinach, cover with cream cheese and finish with the rest of the spinach.
- Close the puff pastry and brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
