- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Organic Strawberry100 g
- Blueberry100 g
- Raisins80 g
- Orange juice1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Acetate1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Sauce In a small saucepan, place all the ingredients and heat over medium heat.
- When it starts to boil, lower it and let it boil, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes (more than that, nutrients are lost).
- If you prefer, blend everything in a blender or mash the fruit with a fork. Reserve.
- Salmon Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper and let it come to room temperature (about 15-20min).
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil.
- When it is very hot, lower the heat and place the salmon fillet, with the skin in contact with the skillet, and let it grill for about 3 to 5 minutes (depending on the height and cooking point you prefer).
- Cover and do not stir. After this time, turn the other side and let it brown for another 1 min.
- Serve the salmon with the sauce on top and the accompaniment of your choice.
