- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Tahiti lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cassava200 g
- Zucchini200 g
- Carrot200 g
- Parsley1 dessert spoon
- Basil1 dessert spoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Cut the vegetables into Julienne with the help of a vegetable slicer or spiral slicer.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste and lemon zest.
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the salmon films, 4 minutes on each side.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and mix with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Add to the skillet and let caramelize, brushing the salmon with the sauce.
