- Carrot to taste
- Edamame or okra to taste
- Red onion to taste
- Red pepper to taste
- Shoyu50 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Honey1 teaspoon
- White wine vinegar10 ml
- Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- In a frying pan with olive oil, take the vegetables to sauté! Let it cool down and set aside.
- In the same pan, sear the salmon seasoned with salt and pepper, on all sides.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, vinegar, girl's finger, cornstarch and honey
- Pour into the pan, wait for it to thicken and return the salmon and vegetables to the pan.
- It's ready, finish the salmon with sesame and serve.
