- Shredded Kani500 g
- Pitted green olives1 cup
- Pea1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Heart of palm1 cup
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Straw Potato500 g
- White and Black Raisins250 g
- Place the shredded Kani and mix it with the raisins, corn and peas on a platter and set aside.
- Chop the hearts of palm, olives and red pepper
- Add everything that was chopped on the platter where the kani is.
- add the mayonnaise
- And lastly, or only when eating, add the straw potatoes so they don't get soggy.
- You can add grated carrots or other ingredients you want to your sausage, this one doesn't have carrots or apples.
