- 1 kg of fresh sardine fillets Juice of 1 lemonSalt to taste 8 ripe tomatoes, skinned and diced seeds 1 green pepper, sliced 2 sliced onions 3 cloves of garlic, squeezed 1/3 cup (tea) of olive oil Finely chopped parsley0 to taste
- Season the sardines with the lemon and salt and let it taste for ½ hour. Drain well. In the pressure cooker, arrange a layer of tomato, onion, garlic, parsley, pepper and sardines. Drizzle with a little olive oil and repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up. the pan starts to whistle. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release naturally. Serve with rice and salad.
