Sauteed Prawns with Garlic, Cilantro and Lemon

- Large prawns20 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- White pepper to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Tahiti Lemon1 unit(s)
- Coriander leaves to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Clean the shrimp (peeling if you want), separate the heads and set aside.
- Season the prawns with salt, white pepper and paprika.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and place the chopped garlic to brown, then add the seasoned shrimp and the heads, pressing them to release all the liquid and flavor that remains in them.
- Let it cook for about 3 or 4 minutes, turning the prawns or sautéing them so they brown and cook evenly.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Sauté a little more, remove from the heat, finish with the coriander leaves and serve with a very crispy farofa and a lightly peppered sauce.
