- Cleaned and thornless sea bass200 g
- Cornbread (bakery)1 unit(s)
- Asparagus50 g
- Pea pie50 g
- Paris mushroom50 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Grill the sea bass. I only use salt and pepper to season.
- Crumble the cornbread and drizzle with olive oil
- The vegetables, in a hot frying pan over high heat, sauté and season with salt and pepper (a new experience with vegetables al dente)
- After grilling the sea bass, add a layer of cornbread and place in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes until the bread is golden on top.
- Finish with a layer of vegetables and centered sea bass. Drizzle with a lot of olive oil and bon appetit
