- Parsley to taste

- Saffron2 dessert spoon
- Palm oil3 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Sour Cream200 ml
- Water400 ml
- ° Wash the seafood; °Soak in the juice of 3 lemons for approximately 12 hours before preparation.
- °Scald the shellfish with water (until covered) in a separate pan, then drain the liquid completely.
- ° Saute the large onion (chopped) together with the 3 cloves of garlic until golden; °Add the shellfish together with the cumin, paprika and saffron; °Add 400 ml of water and let it simmer; °Add the Dendê Oil, the Coconut Milk, and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes on low heat. After cooking the dish will be ready.
