- After the seafood properly cleaned and washed with lemon juice.
- heat a large pan and place the crushed garlic to brown, then sauté the mussels and add the cubed dogfish and add the water. Bring to a boil and add the squid cut into rings and the tomatoes, onions and peppers.
- Then add the shrimp broth cubes and adjust the salt. Add cilantro and parsley and the prawns. After that, place the potatoes cut into thick slices and previously cooked.
- Finally, place the crayfish on top, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve with white rice and pirão.
