- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Roasted White Sesame25 g
- Roasted black sesame25 g
- Season all sides of the steak with pepper and salt.
- Drizzle with half of the olive oil and use your fingers to apply it to all sides of the steak.
- Dip the slices in the mixed sesame seeds
- Heat a skillet well, and when it is hot, add the remaining olive oil and sear all sides of the steak for approximately 25 seconds each.
- Serve the sesame-crusted seared tuna with your favorite sauce like tarê or teriyaki.
