- Diced Tuna Alfresco Frescatto400 g
- Roasted Sesame4 tablespoon
- Sesame oil1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wasabi1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- teriyaki sauce2 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes and once they are soft, remove the skin and mash them with a potato masher or fork. Mix with the butter and wasabi. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Season the cubed tuna with salt, black pepper, sesame oil and olive oil. Dip in sesame seeds and set aside.
- In a very hot skillet, put a drizzle of olive oil and quickly sear the tuna on all sides. The idea is to stay raw inside!
- Assemble the dish with the tuna, wasabi puree and teriyaki sauce.
